Is there a free trial?
Yes — Starter is free forever, no credit card required. Professional starts billing after a 14-day trial; you can cancel before the trial ends and pay nothing.
Does ABN store my data?
No. ABN is stateless by architecture. Every engine reads from the local DB, runs in memory, writes results back. There is no central ABN database that holds customer values.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard at any time — your data stays on your node either way, because that is where it always lived.
Which systems can I connect?
Out of the box ABN ships connectors for bookkeeping (Fortnox, Visma, Hogia), scheduling (Quinyx), ERP (Dynamics 365, Monitor ERP, SAP), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), collaboration (Slack, Teams) and file storage (Google Drive, OneDrive). The full catalogue lives in the dashboard.
Is ABN GDPR-compliant?
Yes — by architecture, not by audit. The No-Data Guarantee means customer data never leaves your environment, so the controller-processor relationship is documented in the DPA template and Article 30 record without any cross-border data transfers to worry about.
Do you offer on-premise deployment?
Every ABN install is "on-premise" in the strict sense — the node runs on your hardware or your VPC. Enterprise adds a custom SLA, dedicated support and assistance with air-gapped or Kubernetes deployments.
